Pay Resale Fees Online
- Legal & Stamp Fees using HDB portal

Approval from HDB (For Sale to Proceed)
- Notification via SMS once approved (letter will be available on the portal)

Attend Completion Appointment
- Buyer & Seller to attend Resale Completion Appointment at HDB Hub (finalize transaction)
- Takes about 8 weeks, from acceptance to completion of the resale application
